Early dinner operating hours
Summer evenings begin earlier, with dinner service starting from 6pm. Guests are invited to savour the golden hour with refreshing Mediterranean dishes, vibrant flavours, and the gentle breeze, the perfect setting for a relaxed yet refined dining experience in the heart of Puento Romano.

Displayed on ice at the heart of the restaurant, each fish reflects the quality and character of the Mediterranean. Guests are invited to select their preferred catch and have it prepared in three raw styles: raw as carpaccio, tartare and ceviche.
