Located on the first floor and unveiled through the journey upstairs, The Bar presents a new perspective on the world of GAIA. An evening-led expression shaped by ingredients, craftsmanship, emotional hospitality, Mediterranean-inspired textures, and intentional detailing.

The Podium

The podium offers a sense of quiet exclusivity for guests seeking a more private experience. Elevated by design yet connected to the energy of the room, it provides the perfect balance of intimacy and atmosphere.

The Main Dining Room

The main dining room captures the soul of Grecian life: generous, joyful, and alive. Anchored by the daily fish market, a colorful salad bar, and the glow of a wood-fired oven, it’s a space that feels familiar yet special, a place to gather, to celebrate, and to feel at home.
