Curated Summer Menu Experiences
Marking the arrival of summer, GAIA introduces two curated dining experiences inspired by the flavours, ingredients, and traditions of Greece's warmest season.
In Greece, summer is a time when meals become lighter, tables grow fuller, and afternoons effortlessly give way to evening.
Inspired by this tradition, the Lunch and Dinner Experiences feature mini interpretations of some of GAIA's most celebrated dishes, allowing guests to discover a wider range of flavours within a single meal.
From Mini Fried Calamari, Stuffed Vine Leaves, and Beetroot Salad with yogurt and caramelised walnuts to Watermelon Salad with feta, mint and almonds, Wood Oven Prawns, Crab & Lemon Rice, Charcoal-Grilled Beef Skewers, and warm Loukoumades, each dish reflects the freshness and simplicity of dining along the Greek coastline.
