This season marks the beginning of a new rhythm at GAIA Dubai, as weekends take on a longer, more leisurely pace.Every Saturday and Sunday, from 12:30 PM through to the evening, GAIA introduces a continuous dining experience, a seamless flow from day to night that captures the essence of Mediterranean living.

Christmas at GAIA
Celebrating the Season of Togetherness
This December, GAIA celebrates the spirit of togetherness, a moment to connect and share the warmth of the season, surrounded by refined festive décor.
The Festive Menu, available from 24th to 30th December and from 1st to 8th January for Orthodox Christmas, presents elegant dishes including Pikilia Thalassinon seafood platter, Grilled King Crab Leg, A5 Wagyu Kagoshima Striploin, and Salt-Crusted Rooster with truffle.
Conclude the evening with GAIA’s festive dessert, Pita Me Kidoni, quince simmered in sugar syrup with aromatic spices, served with delicate honey ice cream.

New Year’s Eve at GAIA
GAIA welcomes the New Year with A Night in White, an evening of luminous elegance and refined celebration. From 7:00 PM, guests dine in an atmosphere of warmth and connection, dressed in elegant white to mark the promise of renewal.
The menu features GAIA’s signature à la carte dishes alongside festive specials designed for the occasion. The night unfolds with a live singer and sets by DJs Midimi and Gregorio, guiding the celebration into the first moments of 2026.
Dress Code: White attire.
