New Year’s Eve 2025
This New Year’s Eve, GAIA welcomes guests to A Night in White , a luminous celebration defined by elegance, purity, and modern glamour.
A curated programme of live entertainment and DJ sets will bring the night to life with style and spirit.
For this special evening, a dedicated New Year’s Eve set menu will be served for all reservations, thoughtfully curated to honour the occasion.
Time: Reservations will be available for a single seating only, from 8 PM onwards.
Minimum spend: Set Menu €450 per person
